New laws to improve swimming pool and spa safety came into effect in Victoria on the 1st December 2019. You must provide a certificate of compliance to your local council every 4 years that your pool or spa meets the required safety standards. If you don't you may face large fines, let alone the liability implications.

If your property complies, we will issue your certificate immediately
If your property does not comply - we will create a quote to rectify the problems
We'll carry out the works at a suitable time (must be within 60 days of initial inspection)
We will inspect the works and issue the certificate

Our Inspection Fees

One Inspection Only

$299 (INCLUDING GST)

If your pool/spa is compliant at the first inspection, you will pay only $299 (including GST). This price is all inclusive – including the inspection and report. This price applies no matter the number of gates or size of the pool or spa.

If Follow-up Inspection Required

$149 (INCLUDING GST)

If your pool or spa is not compliant first time around, we will need to re-inspect it after the identified issues are resolved. The cost of this follow-up inspection is $149 (including GST). This is in addition to the $299 for the initial inspection. This price includes another report.
